Vagabjorn Travels
A wandering bear.
Chasing the sweet life.
VAGABJORN {Noun, masculine}/ˈvaɡəbɪˈjɔːn/: Bear/Bjørn wandering without a home or a job.
Hello, my name is Bjørn and for the last few years I've been identifying as a vagabjorn, with Bjørn being the Scandinavian word for a bear, and vagabonding as my profession. A vagabjorn is someone who is chasing the honey in life, not the money.
I work with organizing one off trips (worldwide), writing books and doing inspirational presentations about my travels to all 195 countries in the World.
Come join me on a journey, through stories or in the flesh. You might not return the same.

Most trips are one off. If you like what you see: don't miss the chance to go!
Feb 5-13th: Kenya Road Trip
There is no set itinerary as of yet, but get in touch and we can plan something together! The week before will be spent in Somalia, so let me know if you'd be interested in joining that too!
Feb 14-18th: Tanzania Safari Adventure
Perhaps the World's best place to go on safari! We will explore Serengeti National Park and do game drives both there and inside the Ngorongoro Crater! Camping and adventure style! Full details can be found on this link.
Nov 8-15th: Socotra Island
One of my favorite destinations of all time; this island has it all! Come on a week long adventure to see the diverse landscape this has to offer. Having a team of drivers, cooks and guides to show you it all! Camping style.
Full details can be found on this link.
Jan 30-Feb 5th 2026: Southern Algeria
My favorite place for a true desert experience. Visit the oases outside of Djanet, the dunes and the desert around Tamanrasset as well as some beautiful beaches on the coast. Combined camping and hotel.
